Jon came over and got right to work replacing our kitchen faucet. He even offered to try to stabilize our wobbly faucet instead of installing a new one, but it wasn't possible. Even with that, he was in and out of the house in 45 minutes, did a great job, cleaned everything up and was so easy to work with. I highly recommend BayState Plumbing and Heating
