George Skipper & Son is a Chatham family paving company that builds and maintains asphalt, chip-seal and macadam driveways, private roads and tennis courts across Cape Cod. Its site says founder George Skipper started his own paving business in late 1945, and the About page is signed by George (Pete) Skipper, President, the founder's eldest son. The BBB lists it as not accredited and not rated. In an August 2023 Google review, a customer with a paving problem the company had not done said Mr. Skipper and his son-in-law came right over and gave their advice, and said they would call them when it was time to redo the driveway. A March 2026 Nextdoor post in Chatham passed along Skipper & Son's number.

Mr. Skipper and his son in law are both extremely knowledgeable and professional men.They came right over to see a paving issue we are having (which they did not do) and gave their expert advice. We would highly recommend this honest, qualified family owned company for any paving needs. When the time arises to re-do our driveway, we will definitely be calling them.
