J W Dubis & Sons

Flexibility mattered to one homeowner who hired J W Dubis & Sons: in a June 2024 Google review, they said the company worked around their scheduling constraints and was helpful throughout. The Chatham excavation and site-work business describes itself as a fourth-generation family operation serving Cape Cod for more than 75 years. Its stated work includes excavation, drainage, and sewer and septic installation. The company says it has performed trenching since 1962. It lists a service area extending from Barnstable and Yarmouth through the Lower and Outer Cape to Provincetown. Its BBB profile also lists foundation excavation, water and drainage work, and asphalt paving. In a February 2025 Google review, another customer praised the office staff and said the work had been clean, well executed, and completed on schedule or earlier. Both that customer and the June 2024 reviewer said they would recommend or hire the company again. Google shows a five-star average from three ratings. A BBB customer review, however, cautioned against hiring the company. Its BBB profile carries an A+ letter grade, and the company is not BBB accredited.
