Gerly S Aguirre Construction

Gerly S Aguirre Construction is a general contractor working out of 120 Winthrop Parkway in Revere, with (617) 590-8067 as the number on its listing. The licensing is the thing to settle first. The Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration tied to the business, #196058, is expired on the state registry, where Gerly S Aguirre is the holder of record; BuildZoom lists the same number with a 06-26-2021 expiration date and reports that state consumer-affairs records at one point showed it cancelled. So before any contract or deposit, ask whether #196058 has been renewed and check the number yourself on the state register. Get proof of current registration and insurance in hand first, and ask for addresses of recent local jobs you can look at.
