We had such a wonderful experience working with Rodger and his team! They installed a fireplace in our room, which was no small task since we live in an older building and I'm sure there were a lot of unexpected details to work through. Gilrace Masonry did an excellent job waterproofing and repairing the exterior of a 125+ year old yellow and red brick building in downtown Boston. Water had been penetrating through cracks and the top of windows during rain storms. Some of the brick work needed repointing where the mortar had failed. The owner; Roger Rice presented a very competitive and detailed proposal. His crews are very skilled and they did a great job.
