GMS Inspection Services

GMS Inspection Services describes itself on its website as a Fremont, New Hampshire asbestos inspection and consulting company that has performed asbestos inspections since 2008 and also offers lead-inspection services. The site says the business is woman- and veteran-owned. A recent customer who called needing asbestos testing said Gina returned the call promptly and scheduled the testing, Adam came to retrieve the samples, and the results arrived in just a few days. A recent customer said Gina did a lead paint test on an old house in Portsmouth NH and wrote a full report with a summary of test locations, pictures and results. A recent reviewer, a contractor working in a home that might have contained asbestos, said Gina got back to them promptly and answered their questions. In a 2025 review, a customer with a bathroom remodel under way said Gina arrived in less than an hour to sample a suspect board behind the tub; it tested positive for asbestos and she made arrangements to have it removed. A 2024 review signed by the Town of Bath Selectmen said the town needed asbestos inspection on some older structures to support their potential demolition, and that Gina's testing was completed at a very reasonable cost. A 2024 customer said Gina explained every step of the process and took samples from unobtrusive areas of the home, leaving everything neat and tidy. A 2024 reviewer whose business buys, fixes and sells houses said Gina tested for asbestos before demo and got the results and report back promptly.
