Speed and communication are the through-line, and the same names keep surfacing. Jordania handles the office, and reviewers single her out for scheduling and for staying in touch through the job. A July 2026 customer described Marlon's team pulling the front gutter, finding rotten fascia and soffit underneath, documenting it in photos and video, and waiting for approval before touching the repair. Another, in October 2025, needed gutters cleared 48 hours ahead of heavy rain and had a crew at the house within 24. A homeowner whose roof was hit by a tree in a storm took three bids in June 2026 and went with Golden partly because they handled the insurer and stretched the payment deadline to match the reimbursement. The repeat business is telling. One customer says he has hired them many times as a general contractor on his own projects; a contractor writing in October 2025 said it was his first time using them and the coordination matched the reviews; another has used them for installation, repairs and cleaning over several years. Two accounts run the other way, and both are about what happens after the crew leaves. In February 2026 a customer said roughly a mile of gutter went up without the protective film being stripped off the fascia, and that when he pushed back the film was cut out with a razor knife instead of the gutters coming down. In January 2026 another said water was coming inside after a roof and gutter replacement, that calls went unanswered, and that he held a 25-year warranty certificate with no idea who to reach. One of the 24 reviews in the last six months is negative. The Better Business Bureau grades the company A+ and lists a home improvement contractor registration number for it — that is the BBB's record, not a verification, so ask to see the registration and a current certificate of insurance. For gutters — installation, repair, cleaning, copper and box profiles — few companies nearby have this much recent, specific praise. If the job is the roof rather than the gutters, pin down in writing who answers a warranty call.
