Dan does incredible work! Very responsive, flexible, meticulous, clean, extremely trustworthy, highly skilled and reasonably priced. I seriously can't say enough good things about him and Dave. He worked with us on all our concerns and limitations, and the final product was jaw dropping! Worth every penny and we will be back for any future renovation projects.
We recently had Dan and his crew demo an existing balcony deck and replace it with a fully extended deck off our kitchen. Right from the start of this process Dan was exceptional. He was punctual returned phone calls and broke down the project and gave us a wide variety of options. He was so willing to work within our budget and always answered our questions in a timely manner. He and his crew are every homeowner’s dream to work with. Always picking up after what they worked on, friendly , paying attention to the smallest detail of the job!! Dan far surpassed our vision for what he constructed gave us a full extension of our kitchen living space not only on the top deck but his rain system he put in allows us to extend a living space under the deck as well. The construction is solid and will last our next generation and their generation for many years. Dan estimated length of this project and he was spot on! Dan’s attention to detail was amazing and no surprises throughout this process. Before our deck was completed we talked to him about future projects for next year.
