Gomes Construction Services LLC

Gomes Construction Services LLC is based in Chelsea, Massachusetts, and works across carpentry, painting, drywall, and plaster jobs — the Thumbtack profile lists decks, cabinets, siding, doors and windows, exterior and interior painting, drywall installation, plaster, and taping and mudding among its services. The reviews on file, all from 2024, are uniformly five stars. In one 2024 review, a homeowner described having walls repaired and repainted in the color they chose — holes filled, surfaces sanded, and the space left clean afterward, calling the result perfect. Another 2024 review credited the crew with painting a kitchen and living room ceiling, calling them easy to work with, quick to come out, and fair on price, and noted they also touched up a spot on a wall while on site. A third reviewer said a bedroom and bathroom repaint was finished in a timely, professional manner with a very clean result, and a fourth credited the business with carpentry, drywall, and painting work together, adding that communication was good and the crew was honest. The Thumbtack listing also shows photos from more than 175 completed projects, well beyond the four reviews on record. Nothing in the reviews raises a complaint — every account describes clean work, fair pricing, and responsive service, with interior painting and drywall or wall repair the two threads that come up most specifically. Worth knowing before booking: this five-star track record is thin and comes from a single platform, with every review dated to 2024 — it's reasonable to ask for a couple of current references, especially for a larger job like a deck or full cabinet install, since the reviews on record speak mainly to smaller painting and wall-repair work.
