After the store that sold their appliances could not come for 10 days, a recent customer said Greczyn came to diagnose the same day they called and fixed them the next day, at what they called very fair pricing. A 2023 customer said a ZLine range was fixed 20 minutes or so after arrival by replacing a wire harness, for less than $200. In a 2022 review, a customer said Greg advised that a living-room AC was not worth repairing, and that Marc and Stefan later removed the old unit and installed a new one, declining extra pay because they stand by their original quote. The Greczyn Service Technician Ian was focused, and conducted a very comprehensive- thorough- detailed investigative -technical assessment of my leaking (new) Frigidaire refrigerator. Greczyn Brothers Appliance Repair and Service Technician communicated and explained details that demonstrated his solid technical knowledge. I'm super pleased that Greczyn Brothers Appliance Repair and Service through its thorough investigative assessment identified a challenging technical issue/water leak that a different appliance repair company previously failed to identify. I’ve used this company before to repair a refrigerator and was satisfied with their service, so naturally I had faith to use them again. I have a General Electric electric dryer just over a year old, that suddenly stopped working. I called to have a technician come out for a repair. The technician came out three days later, removed the control knob on my dryer and left. I was at work and my wife took time off from work to let in the technician. After the technician left to “get parts,” it was about 7 hours before he returned. I called presumably the owner/boss of the company to inquire about the repair and return of his employee. I then waited for several hours for the owner to contact me back after he said he would with an update. The owner then met the technician and handed off a used part that he pulled from a machine in his shop. The technology then returned several hours later to complete the repair. My invoice for a used control knob was $245.00. The best part was the technician didn’t properly install the dryer vent and for the past few months, lint and debris was leaking inside.
