Greeley's Oil Co Inc

We had an odor from the oil burner on Saturday at 11:30 pm and Greeley’s response time was rapid, with the owner himself coming out the same night. Rick did a great job!

I’ve been a Greeley Oil Co customer for the better part of 30 years now and wouldn’t even consider using anyone else. My experience with Greeley over the years has been very consistent. Their customer service is excellent, from the initial call for service to all interactions with their highly skilled technicians. I have such confidence in the work and in the advice I have received and there is something nice about working with a family-owned business. Their 24/7 emergency service provides me with so much peace of mind. I never have to worry about who to call in an emergency… and I have certainly had a few. Emergencies can be so stressful, but I am always put immediately at ease when Greeley arrives to handle whatever the issue is with kindness and professionalism. As an added bonus, they come prepared and are generally able to address most issues on the same day. I really can’t say enough about Greeley Oil.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. below is a direct quote off their website, which I will say is quite the sales pitch. "What does 5 cents per gallon more come out to? If you were to get 200 gallons you will pay $10 more than the discount guy but you will have access to 24/7 emergency service 365 days a year." But if you schedule a routine furnace maintenance appointment 3 months in advance they will cancel on you every time claiming oil deliveries and emergency calls. I had my 3rd reschedule today, which I took the day off from work to have done. I called at about 9 A.M. to be told for the 3rd time they had to reschedule due to oil deliveries and emergency calls. Not sure how oil deliveries would interfere with my maintenance, since this was a scheduled appointment. What does 5 cents per gallon get? The possibility of your furnace failing and having to call them for an emergency repair with an emergency repair bill to follow. I highly recommend Curtin Brothers Oil, who I called the same day Greeley's cancelled on me for the 3rd time and they scheduled my 150 gallons of heating oil the very next day and at $50 cheaper, and a list of highly qualified recommend oil burner technicians. Do yourself a favor go through Curtin Brothers Oil and hire your own burner technician if you want fast reliable service at a superior savings!

Matt and his team are great!! They were very easy to get in touch with and came over right away. He was able to explain everything to us on what was going on and how he was going to replace it. 10/10

We recently used Greeleys Oil Co. Matt not only filled my new tank, he inspected the tank for safety and checked my oil burner as well. He detected an issue with my oil burner and had a technician come out within hours and fixed the problem. This company is professional, informative and so friendly. It is a family operated business and they truly care! I highly recommend them 🙌
