Highly recommend ! My air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air! I called A&G and the nicest lady called me back and immediately send Greg over and fixed my unit ! I’m so happy with customer service and fast and amazing ! Highly recommend 🙏 thank you!!!😊

I would strongly caution anyone considering A and G Gregory Heating for a “tune-up.” I used them twice , and last visit was only 10 minutes (confirmed by my cameras). The only work performed was changing the oil filter at the tank nothing else. For this, I was charged $195 and they also left the old filter in my basement for me to dispose of. Afterward, I contacted other heating companies to compare, and was told that for roughly the same price ($225), a proper tune-up should include changing both filters (tank and furnace), replacing or checking the nozzle, cleaning and adjusting the burner, and typically takes 45–60 minutes. When I questioned A and G Gregory, they claimed their service is a standard tune-up, and that the additional work would cost several hundred dollars more. In my opinion, this is extremely misleading. What they are calling a “tune-up” appears to be the bare minimum possible service at near full price. Do yourself a favor and ask very specific questions about what is included before hiring them or consider getting a second opinion. There are more reputable companies out there than this one. Had an emergency with our oil heater in middle of night and freezing cold weather. Al took our call and came out first thing to get it fixed and heat flowing before the pipes froze. So thankful for the quick, knowledgeable and professional service! If you need someone, I recommend calling A&G Gregory Heating and Air Conditioning.

Highly recommend A & G, Al brings a wealth of experience and it was needed for our oil boiler/burner and power side vent replacement. Professional, prompt and upfront with all costs involved, will definitely be using them for any service needs going forward.
