I highly recommend this cleaning company: they are kind, trustworthy, and do a wonderful job. Diana is responsive and works with your specific family's needs. Rachelle is so nice, does a detailed job, and even takes time to make sure our dogs get a "hello." Thank you for helping us the past few years!
I've been very happy with this service. Everyone I've come across is kind and courteous and respectful. If there ever was an issue (like something was missed), they were sure to have it corrected right away. I appreciate having a company that doesn't use toxic products but can still clean well! They've been very reliable and flexible with my scheduling needs, and have also been able to accommodate extra requests as needed here and there. The only downside has been that sometimes the turnover is frequent and some people did not do as good of a job as others (but again, they were sure to correct it). Even so, I still give them 5 stars because everything is handled fairly.
Diana and her team are aces. (Rachelle and L—shout out to you!) They show up on time, do a THOROUGH job, all smiles, give my dog extra pets (he’s a good boy;)), ask about my product preferences, and leave. this. house. spotlessssssss. I’d give six stars if I could. A great local small business. Highly, highly recommend!

Diana and her team are simply the best. We have been working with her for some time now on the cleaning of our rental property in Hampton and they have never stopped delivering impeccable service. Our reviews constantly mention how clean our unit is and Diana takes great pride in ensuring this is ALWAYS the case. Having worked with other cleaners, I we know first hand that having a cleaning team that you can trust to deliver a spotless and on time clean 100% of the time is almost impossible to come by. With Green Cleaning I never have to worry. In addition they are extremely responsive and always find a way to help accommodate same day turn overs, last minute bookings, or early check in requests. The team lets me know about damages caused by guests (even the small ones) and keeps me up to date on items that need to be ordered for our supply. Short term rentals are a challenge, but Diana and her team have truly served as an essential partner in the process for us, allowing us to maintain 5 star ratings and run a successful airbnb.
