The pitch is low-impact treatment — targeting the source rather than blanket spraying — and customers writing in 2016 and 2023 both said that is what they got, one describing a single spot-treated area inside the kitchen plus a few exterior entry points. Both named principals keep turning up by name across a decade of reviews, which is a good sign in a small shop: Todd in 2016 and again in 2023, Collin in 2016 calling a customer back on a Saturday. Prices are published too, from a $90 visit up to $1,500 rodent work, and the 44 Angi ratings sit at a flat 5.0. Two accounts are honest about friction rather than glowing: a 2023 customer said the first technician sent out arrived without the right equipment and seemed less knowledgeable, and a 2017 customer marked them down on punctuality after the company lost a work order — both said it was resolved and both would hire again. Two things temper it. The written history is dated — the newest account is from June 2024, and much of the volume sits in 2014–2017. And nine of the visible reviews carry five stars with no text at all, so the headline count is thicker than the readable record behind it. On credentials: its BBB page shows an A+ rating, but the company is explicitly NOT BBB accredited — those are two separate facts. The only licence statement anywhere is the company's own, that its staff includes a certified entomologist with a master's in entomology holding Massachusetts licences in General Pest and Wood-destroying organisms; no numbers are given and none has been checked against the state. A sensible call for a rodent or ant problem in Greater Boston, particularly if you want the entry points found rather than the symptoms sprayed. Ask which technician is coming, and ask for the pesticide licence number so you can verify it with the state.
