Tate was great and helped me understand the process of the rodents invading my home and went above and beyond first visit. Tate has been available for ?’s and concerns and just overall kicked Orkin in the butt! Thank you sincerely as rodents are health issue that you take seriously as I do and your work and commitment speak volumes to your experience and work!

Did not perform the service I requested AND pay for. I always request an indoor service and this person didn’t even attempt.

Just added Tick and Mosquito control to my inside pest service and very pleased. I find Green Shield to be much easier to deal with than other national services. Their staff is consistently great. He was very polite, arrived exactly when he said he would, explained what he intended to do, went over my contract, inspected my home, reported on his concerns and did what was needed. He was wonderful to work with. He and this company deserve 10 stars. I am thrilled!!
