Greenworx installed an extensive system at our home. The installation went fine and after some tweaking the system worked well. Unfortunately, Greenworx post installation service is atrocious. They have missed scheduled appointments with no calls, and are now completely unresponsive. We are left with no choice but to call a different company to fix Greenworx’s issue. Beware that you are rolling the dice with this company.

I had a partial installation of my solar panel project. After trying to get the installer to finish the project for well over a year, I gave up and started looking for a new installer. When Quinn heard about my predicament he went out of his way to come to my house much sooner than was scheduled. Being the owner, he was able to sit down and write up a new contract on the spot. I asked him to make some changes that very day and he did. He gave me time to look over the contract carefully and to take my time deciding. After looking over the contract I asked for more changes to make the contract clearer. He quickly made those changes. He was the first company to give me credit for some of the work already done. After getting other quotes, Quinn had the best price and Quinn was the only one that made my project a priority. The project was completely done in under 2 months from our original meeting. With all that I had been through with our first installer it was very hard to put my trust in any installer. Quinn has proven to be worthy of my trust. After all the required paperwork for CMP was completed, Quinn's quality construction crew was able to complete my job in just one day. What a relief it has been to work with a company that puts the customer first.
