A 2026 customer said Greg came out at a moment's notice on a weekend and fixed a furnace issue that several other HVAC services could not. A 2025 customer wrote that the heat stopped working, he was at the house in no time, and the heat was back up and running half an hour later. A 2024 customer said the furnace stopped working one day before a snowstorm and Greg came out the same day and fixed it right away. In a 2024 review, a customer said the motor in their oil burner burnt out in the middle of the night with temperatures in the 20s; after runarounds from other "24/7" furnace repair services, Greg's "got there within an hour and we had heat back in 2." A 2022 customer called it the only choice for a yearly heater cleaning and said it was fairly priced.
