I'm so thankful for this company. They answered the phone in the middle of the night and got me a technician in the afternoon. They really got me out of a jam. Highly recommend.
On Sunday night at 9pm we were more than grateful to have Steve arrive during the snowstorm of January 25th! Climbing over an unplowed driveway (up to 18 inch drifts), he immediately analyzed our problem, and efficiently replaced one of our circulator pumps. All of our 4 zones were soon working - we weren't going to freeze to death. Considering the weather conditions we never expected anyone to get through to our house in Marion. God Bless you Steve - we are forever in your debt. And, thank you to your staff who made our lack of heat a priority during this storm (Note - Steve at 10PM was still attending to others in similar situations, amazing service!)

Had a great experience with New Bedford Gas today. I needed quick tip on bleeding a radiator and adding water to a boiler and they were able to walk me through it. They could have easily required a service call and fee. Great to see this still happens. I would highly recommend New Bedford Gas for your heating needs.
