My wife and I are so happy with the brand new house Gregsak & Sons built for us. We thought it would be a stressful situation to have a house built from scratch but hiring Gregsak & Sons was the best decision we ever made. They were honest, friendly and very professional from the office to out in the field. They were great and went above and beyond to find materials and fixtures to fulfill our last minute requests. It was a pleasure to work with them. We highly recommend Gregsak and Sons Inc. Thanks guys for making this a great experience. Darrin and Debbie
We hired Gregsak & Sons to put an addition on our home after being referred to them by a builder who used them for his own house. We couldn’t be happier with how the project turned out! From the initial design, to the construction and finishing touches, working with Nick and John was a pleasure. They had great ideas for our vision, and they were in constant communication with us from day one. If we had any questions or concerns along the way, John made himself available to talk with us. Not only did the project finish on time, but we were in the new space ahead of schedule. John’s crew worked quickly and efficiently, all while being mindful about minimizing disruption to our family. Everyone on the team was so nice and we sincerely enjoyed having them around. We even extended our project with them because we were so impressed with the quality of their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to anyone considering their services.
WARNING-Contractor walked off the job after they were paid for 75% of the project. Unfortunate turn of events after contractor had started but then quit midstream. Multiple subcontractor miscommunications resulted in my project being delayed and having to have to relocate out of my home.
We were very disappointed in the work done on our property by Gregsak & Sons. I would never hire them again given the way they handled our project!
I haven’t actually engaged these guys yet, but when the time comes for my next project I definitely will. I was struggling to find someone to pour a concrete slab for a new shed I was buying. The whole purchase ended up being a lot more complicated and expensive than I expected, so we’ve scaled back the scope. John was super responsive and worked with us to accommodate an aggressive timeline, and I appreciate that, especially when it seems that no one else could even be bothered to call me back!
