TBD Builders

Recently I hired TBD Builders (Wayne) to replace several outside sets of stairs and a couple of decks. Wayne was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He handled the work over several months (there were a lot of stairs) and did a phenomenal job. The attention to detail, the professionalism and friendliness he exhibited throughout made it a pleasure working with him and his team. He brought several items up that were unexpected and he was able to provide options. Even better, he was able to take them on so I did not need to look for additional contractors. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring TBD Builders and Wayne for any of your deck and construction needs!!

Wayne came recommended from a friend and was great to deal with. Him and his team helped us complete rough framing work on our home renovation project. Reasonably priced and made quick work of the job Happy with the results and plan to use him again for future projects!

Wayne helped my wife and I with a house we just bought. Couldn’t be more grateful! He is trust worthy and had open access to my house for 3 weeks. The job started with him contracted to build a wall to split a room and build out a custom utilities closet. While he was working I told him to fix any and all things that were “minor and reasonable” that he notices, and he found a whole slew of things that he could do to improve the house and did them. Things I wouldn’t have immediately noticed but after bringing to my attention I was happy he did. He’s trustworthy, local to Derry, and does all things carpentry & building. Definitely call him for a quote!

We truly can’t recommend Wayne and TBD Builders enough! We originally hired Wayne to split one large bedroom into two rooms before we moved into our new home, and from our very first interaction, we knew we had made the right choice. Buying a house comes with plenty of unexpected projects, and what started as one job quickly turned into several. Every time something else came up, Wayne was there to help. His willingness to jump in, offer solutions, and make sure everything was done right made such a difference during an already stressful time. Not only is Wayne incredibly skilled, but he’s also one of the kindest, most trustworthy people we’ve had the pleasure of working with. He showed up when he said he would, kept everything exceptionally clean, charged fair prices, and took genuine pride in his work. Most importantly, he made sure our room renovation was completed before we moved in, which meant so much to our family. It’s rare to find someone who is not only talented at what they do but who also genuinely cares about their clients and treats their home with respect. Wayne consistently went above and beyond, and we always felt like he was looking out for our best interests, not just trying to finish another job. We are so grateful we found Wayne and TBD Builders, and he will be our first call for future projects. If you’re looking for someone who does outstanding work, is honest, dependable, and truly cares, we wholeheartedly recommend Wayne and TBD Builders. You won’t be disappointed.
