Ground Breakers Services

I contacted multiple companies to get pricing & availability for having an above ground tank removed. Scott with GBS provided the best customer service in regards to scheduling / answering questions i had and his team left the jobsite spotless. Very professional outfit. I would highly recommend them to friends & family! Thanks again.

I haven’t met someone who runs a company that is beyond disrespectful as Scott. To start he was disrespectful to a family member who was the one renting the dumpster. We all figured he was having a bad day so we didn’t mind. We’ll pick up day came and he was once again very rude and disrespectful to our family member and us. We spoke with Scott and he accused us of not telling him what we were using the dumpster for (I was there when Scott asked what the dumpster was being used for) when we told him we knew for a fact we told him, he got all big and mad with an attitude. THEN he goes on and accuses us saying we were there when the dumpster was delivered and we should know what his truck can and can’t handle. Well we were never there. We told him from the start we wouldn’t be there when he delivered it and spoke to him about where he could place the dumpster. That goes to show he obviously didn’t pay attention to the conversation on the phone when we placed our “order” for the dumpster. He had the nerve to hang up on us when we tried to confirm the price( our guess he was avoiding the question so he could charge us more) Did I mention that we had to go out of OUR WAY to rent a dump trailer to remove half of the concrete out of the dumpster so he could haul it out. Maybe if he wasn’t driving and talking on the phone and payed good attention to the phone call none of this would have happened. We should have just left the dumpster full and told him it’s his problem and to figure it out himself. I could go on and talk bad about him all day but I’ll leave it at this. Never again will we use him and never will I recommend him.

I had such an amazing experience with this company! Their quotes are unbeatable and the time given to use their dumpsters beats everyone. The gentleman was so accommodating and so professional. They respond almost immediately and made it as convenient for me as possible! I highly recommend this company and will be looking forward to using their business again in the future!!! You guys are awesome! Thank you!
