In an August 2026 Google review, they described the crew searching a hot attic for the leak, replacing cracked and missing slate, and re-anchoring the gutters. Another customer, writing in July 2026 after heavy storms, said the company assessed a living-room leak the next day and completed the work two days after the initial call. The business is BBB accredited with an A+ grade, and Google lists 4.9 stars from 118 ratings. The work customers describe extends beyond roofs. An August 2026 reviewer praised Danny's communication and said Patrick replaced a basement window and door and repaired a bathroom drywall patch caused by moisture damage. In a July 2024 review, a customer described replacing old wood siding with vinyl after another company's work had caused a leak. They said Dan answered questions within minutes, the crew kept to the schedule, and the property was left clean. A March 2022 reviewer described a rubber roof on a Dudley home that had held up for almost 25 years, followed by a repair near the chimney that the crew completed inside a day. Some customers reported problems. In October 2024, one Google reviewer alleged poor installations, damage to interior walls, unsecured gutters that let rainwater through, and repeated unanswered requests for itemized receipts and warranty information since 2023. A May 2025 reviewer praised a new roof and cleanup but said an initial miscalculation led to extra cost. In March 2022, another reviewer reported poor roof-repair installation and mismatched shingles; they said Guaranteed returned to correct the work after receiving photographs.
