Guayacan Home Improvement

Guayacan was so awesome! Luis and his crew we're super communicative, thorough, and prompt. They walked us through every step and worked within our needed timeline flawlessly. Highly recommend their quality work!

Fantastic service, very communicative. Worked aggressively against our timeline needs and did a beautiful job replacing our roof. Luis and his crew are friendly, effective, professional and a real pleasure to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Luis and his staff are the best I have ever e worked with. Everything done on schedule and in an excellent fashion. You could not find a better exterior home repair firm anywhere!

I can’t imagine a Burlington area contractor that has provided the level of skill, professionalism, reliability and quality of work that we experienced in working with the Guayacan Home Improvement company. After Luis Caguana and his team did an extraordinary job for us in completing a small deck project this spring, we engaged them to undertake a complete roof replacement for our Burlington home in summer 2025. From the initial planning of the project until its successful completion we found the Guayacan team to be knowledgeable, skilled and timely in explaining and performing the various elements of the work. Guayacan is a family business in the best sense of that description. Luis is a knowledgeable and articulate leader of the group and communicates effectively with both his team and his clients. I found him to be friendly, thorough and insistent on clarifying every detail of the job as it was unfolding. The team began and completed their work ahead of schedule and left the work area in immaculate condition at the end of each day. All this was framed within a perfectly reasonable cost structure and with no hidden unexpected charges at the end. In short, Guayacan Home Improvement has my strongest endorsement and I’d be happy to share our experience with anyone who is considering engaging their services.

Guayacan Home Improvement quickly responded to my inquiries and were on my property, inspecting my roof within two days of outreach. The quote they gave was not the cheapest of all the roofers I contacted, but their assessment was the most thorough, addressing issues that no one else did, particularly in regards to gutter concerns that I’ve had. They scheduled the work straight away, materials were shipped to the property by a friendly outfit, and the job (stripping the old roof, replacing rotted fascia boards, installing aluminum drip edge, rebuilding portico, installing new roof, plus minor repairs to spots on garage roof) was totally done in 16 hours! They were cordial, professional, and efficient. When I’m ready to replace the siding on the house, this will be the first company I call! I highly recommend Guayacan Home Improvement for your roofing needs.
