In March 2026 a reviewer wrote that high winds tore portions of their roof; Josh came out the same day, scheduled a full replacement a couple of days later, and his crew covered the exposed spots in the meantime. A June 2026 reviewer said the crew put a new sheet metal roof on their family's 180-year-old house and removed an old chimney. In May 2026 a customer wrote that the crew was big enough to finish their entire roof in 1 day, and that pricing was fair compared with other local companies they priced out. In an August 2024 review, a customer said Josh's crew replaced the damaged half of their roof in an afternoon and ran a magnet over the driveway several times to catch stray nails. In an April 2026 Google review, a customer wrote that the standing seam roof installed in May 2025 in raw Galvalume had visibly scuffed panels; the company assured them for months that the panels would be replaced, then at the end of October 2025 said it would not replace them and that the scuffing would even out over time.
