Gutters Plus installs seamless gutters, and its older customer accounts describe both completed installations and problems getting unfinished work resolved. Based in Nashua, the business says it serves New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts, offers free no-obligation quotes and is owned by Peter DeSalvo, with an association to DeSalvo Contracting. A May 2022 customer described new gutters and gutter guards, a transparent quote, arrival that week and walkthroughs before and after installation. That customer said the gutters handled a torrential downpour without problems and directed water away from the foundation. Another customer writing that May enjoyed watching the gutters being shaped and cut to length on site and said installation finished a week ahead of schedule. In September 2022, a reviewer praised a quick, efficient installation and the explanations and suggestions the crew gave. A separate September 2022 reviewer named Tyler and Cole and said they took time to explain the scope of work and were receptive to questions and concerns. The complaints are specific, too. In November 2022, a customer said the new gutters leaked more than the old ones and reported cigarette butts in the yard and sharp screws left in the driveway. A December 2021 reviewer said gutter-guard pieces were left around the yard. One gutter could not be installed until a fascia board was repaired; the reviewer said Tim promised a return to finish it, but repeated messages went unanswered after payment in full. A September 2021 customer said the initial gutter installation went well, but part of a rain chain was missing. Almost a month and a half later, that reviewer reported that the promised installation of the remaining part had not happened and calls and emails had received no response.
