A 2024 Google customer who had run out of oil the night before wrote that H G Berger & Son Oil Co was able to deliver the next day with no hesitation or extra fees, and named Ray. A 2026 customer whose elderly mother was running really low on fuel wrote that the company could not fit her on that day's schedule. That 2026 customer said the delivery driver then got in touch to say he needed to adjust something on his truck and was heading to her house to deliver, ten minutes after he was done work for the day. A 2026 customer thanked Heidi and called the company very dependable when times are hard. The company holds 5 stars from 8 Google ratings.
They are very dependable and are awesome when times are hard. Thank you Heidi and HG Bergers. 🙏🙏🙏🥰
My elderly Mom was running really low on fuel, our fault not Bergers. Called for a delivery and they couldn't get her on today's schedule. The guy delivering got in touch soon after letting me know he needed to adjust something on his truck then was heading to her house to deliver. This is ten min AFTER he's done work for the day and knowing my mom's is probably their most "challenging" delivery. GREAT employees like him make for a great company to work with.
I wanted to write a review for this company because they went above and beyond to help me and my family when we ran out of oil last night. They were able to deliver the next day with no hesitation or extra fees. The customer service was lovely, and Ray was a pleasure. I will only be using their service from now on!
