We had a house fire in Jan 2026 and H20 Damage did the clean out after construction was completed. They did an amazing job. The house was spotless and the heavy smoke smell that was present for months after the fire was totally gone. I had never seen my basement that clean since I moved in. Corey was great to work with and super communicative and helpful throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with a similar situation.

I purchased a home that had a basement in need of some love. The H2O team came out in a day to clean up dust, debris, and mouse-related items... Now my basement is spotless and smells fresh!

Highly recommend H2O Damage! My elderly mom (who lives alone) found her meter fitting blown off the main line and she had water POURING and spraying into her basement- it sprayed on to the water heater, furnace, HVAC, etc. It likely had been happening for hours and she discovered it around 6am. Luckily it did not flood due to a French drain under the concrete however once the fitting was put back on there was a ton of sitting water and no heat due to the water drenching all the equipment. I’m SO thankful we were referred to H2O damage. I called Mike at 8am (slightly panicking after all the chaos and no heat!) and he was finally a voice of reason for us. He was professional and knew exactly what to do but also was kind and empathetic, which was appreciated so much throughout this chaos. He told me exactly what his plan was- to come out with cleanup, fans, and a dehumidifier and he would have a heating company right behind him to get the furnace back up and running. He was there before 10am! He got everything cleaned up and airing out quickly, and when it was discovered that an outlet may have been damaged he even called an electrician out for us. He answered every single question we had, explained what he did thoroughly, and was back the next day to pick up his equipment at the time he said he would be! Again, the experience we had with H2O damage was exceptional. It’s overwhelming trying to sort things out when these unexpected emergencies happen, and to have an experienced professional by your side takes away so much of the stress. We very much appreciate Mike and H2O Damage!!

The entire team at H2O Damage was excellent to work with. They responded quickly and accurately The job was completed on time and as promised. I would like to thank everyone including Mike, Jackie, Grace, joe, Corey and the rest of the team for a job well done.

We had a great experience. We had smoke and soot from a small stove fire. The smell was terrible. The crew was fast and professional and got the odor out. H2O Damage sent all the important documents to our insurance adjuster and made the claims process seamless. Wish I could give them 10 stars! Special shout out to Joe and Mike who were our project managers. Would highly recommend!
