After a kitchen and basement flooding, a Lunenburg family says Jason and his team handled their water mitigation and worked with them on the complete restoration, with open communication every step of the way. That is the kind of job Infinity Property Restoration Inc is hired for. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 213546, is active on the state registry. It carries an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau and 4.9 stars from 19 Google ratings. A customer with a bathroom leak says John and Jason and their team restored the ceilings, walls and a vanity cabinet, and the place looks just like it did before the leak. A recent customer says they were on time, walked them through all the work to be performed, and praised the clean-up. A 2026 customer said the company restored their condo after a fire and dealt with the insurance company. A 2025 customer said the team managed all communication with the insurance company and met all deadlines. A recent customer whose home was torn apart for 5 months by ice dams praised the initial tear-out and remediation and the hardwood floor company, but says a small portion of the kitchen ceiling had to be redone and the painting had to be redone, with roller fuzz on every wall, drips, and paint on the cabinets and kitchen counter. They were then told they "could not expect A-quality work with C-quality painters" because of insurance, and they called the trim around their slider "a hatchet job."
Jason and team, once notified by the management company, responded in a timely manner and initial work was completed as expected. Jason was very thorough in his explanation of work needed and his team did a great job. Once the restoration work began, repair of the wall and ceiling repair was mostly satisfactory, except for a small portion of the kitchen ceiling which had to be redone. When the painting crew came in, thats when the trouble started. The painting was not satisfactory at all and had to be redone. We asked if we could remove all switch plates and outlet covers and the stair railing but were told it was not necessary as they would do it, however there was paint all over each if them. There was “roller fuzz” on every wall, drips, spilled paint, paint on the cabinets, kitchen counter (even after the cleaners had been here). There was wall paint on the newly painted ceiling. All of this had to be redone. The painters also used our home as a construction site rather than our home. Initially the manager agreed that all if this was unacceptable, however we were then told that “we could not expect A-quality work with C-quality painters” because of insurance, which is different from what Jason had said initially - that everything would be restored to its original condition. The cleaners weren’t the best either, as we found paint still on the counters and it was surface cleaned at best. Once we finally came back to our home and really looked around, we also have a nice dent in our microwave front from ? a ladder? The trim around our slider was also a hatchet job, as the cut fill piece is jagged and we have had to caulk all the open spaces. We do give an A plus rating to the hardwood floor company!! Excellent job, meticulous and professional. And the initial tear out and remediation went smoothly and that team was great! The painting team however, was unsatisfactory and certainly not anyone we would recommend! The painters added a great deal of stress and frustration to the 5 months of our home being torn apart from ice dams, but aside from that, Infinity as a whole was good to work with, but maybe consider getting a new painting contractor! Thank you for all the good work that was done, we greatly appreciate it!!
Very thorough communication and responsiveness. Prompt service. Great team to work with.
Jason and his team were not only timely, but also professional and compassionate to our needs after a kitchen and basement flooding. They handled our water mitigation, as well as, working with us on complete restoration. One of the points that stands out the most was their open communication and allowing us involvement every step of the way. Every single aspect was covered without fail and it brought tremendous comfort to an otherwise very stressful and chaotic home situation. We cannot recommend them highly enough! Infinity Property Restoration is a highly professional, organized team of experts in reconstruction - they came to restore my ceilings, walls, vanity cabinet from a bathroom leak. John and Jason and their team worked really hard and knew what they were doing. My place looks just like it did before the leak - fantastic! I highly recommend this company to do any reconstruction work on your home.
A commercial space I am pursuing had water damage with previous tenant and I didnt feel knowledgeable enough to know what to look for. Even as I was pulling up to the parking lot for a consult, the technician Roger, was looking through the windows to investigate and started pointing things out before we even entered the building. Impressive. These guys know what theyre talking about! Jason even sent me a recap afterwards for what the landlord should do to prevent future issues. I will refer this company to other businesses and people without hesitation!
