Done Right Home Improvements

The bathroom renovation was completed with exceptional professionalism and timeliness. The workmanship exceeded expectations, and the pricing was highly competitive. I intend to use this company for future projects and have confidently recommended their services to numerous individuals.

Today I witnessed an employee from this business, wearing a branded sweater with the company logo and number, behave in a way that reflected very poorly on the company. The employee walked into a restaurant, bypassed the host, chose the largest table without permission, and removed everything from it except two place settings. They then waved dismissively in an employee’s face, entered the dish area, helped themselves to a drink, and grabbed takeout containers. They continued moving through staff-only areas of the restaurant as if the rules did not apply to them. When employees are clearly representing a company in public, their behavior matters. Unfortunately, this conduct came across as entitled, disrespectful, and unprofessional, and it left a very negative impression of the business.

10 stars ,,, Johnny and his team are the very best from start to finish! Attention to detail ,pride in workmanship, on time ,meeting all deadlines, Extremely satisfied!!!!!

True professionals .... Recently had the pleasure of working with Johnny and Shawn from Done Once Done Right! They truly exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish their work ethic, attention to detail, and consideration for my home and family were truly remarkable. They painted several full rooms in our home added crown molding and wainscoting to my kitchen, transforming the space into a stunning and elegant area. Their work was the highest quality. In addition to the carpentry and painting work, the contractors also took care of an emergent plumbing situation that occurred prior to their start night. They truly amazed us was how clean and tidy they kept the work area. Each day they made sure to clean up was complete before leaving. Finally the pricing for the services provided was fair and in line with the market value standard. We felt that I received excellent value for the high quality work that was done. We cannot recommend this contractor highly enough. Walter and Tammy Wright, Plainfield, CT

John and his crew are professional and fast. They came out last minute to help fix a leakage issue. Very reasonably priced.
