HANDY ANDY SPECIALTY SERVICES LLC

Handy Andy Specialty Services is a Nashua chimney business: cleanings, inspections, new caps, a rebuilt crown and brick repair at the top of the chimney. On Angi it describes its own work as chimney cleanings and repairs, all things masonry, and handyman services. One recent Angi customer's chimney had failing mortar, a missing cap, and flashing and shingle issues. That customer was not home during the job, said he sent a constant stream of photos while he worked, and came back to a job site that had been picked up and cleaned. A recent cleaning and inspection turned up damage to the brickwork and the top of the chimney; they installed a new cap, and that customer called the cost reasonable. For another recent job, Andy did demolition work, installed a chimney cap and constructed a chimney crown, and that customer said he took pictures and explained what work needed to be done and why. One recent customer wrote that the owner, Andrew, was professional and kind and that the work was done quickly. A 2025 Thumbtack customer called about a brick that had fallen off the chimney near the patio and said Andrew replaced the broken bricks and repaired the whole top of the chimney. A 2025 customer said Andrew was patient in explaining the repair options and took clear pictures to show them. A 2025 Thumbtack customer said they tried to schedule on three separate occasions and could never get them to come. A 2025 Thumbtack customer said they never showed up on the scheduled date and never responded to calls or texts. A 2025 customer said the guys were nice and professional but called the cost excessive for a job that took a very short time.
