I hired Joe because he offered a package deal?if I gave him all my projects, he would give me a discounted lawn mowing price and mow every two weeks. He completed the gutter work and mowed the lawn once, but never finished the cabinet repair or glass replacement. For weeks he kept promising he was ordering materials and would come back, then later said he couldn?t install glass and wanted to use plexiglass instead. After repeatedly missing promised dates, he eventually told me to find someone else. I wish he had been honest from the beginning instead of making promises he couldn?t keep. I cannot recommend him based on my experience.
Handy Holquins is one of the best handymaan I have worked with. He is easyto communicate with you and does a professional job including total clean up at the end . I had railings replaced and they look great. Joe reviewed with me what he was going to do and he completed the job on time. LOOKING FORWARD TO WORK WITH HIM IN THE FUTURE
