Handy Rand Construction

Handy Rand Construction works out of 29 Winthrop Dr. in Marshfield. BuildZoom lists Kenneth Rand as the owner and a phone number of (781) 264-2856. The state registry is where a homeowner should start here. Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration #166337 is registry-verified as expired, held of record under the Handy Rand name. BuildZoom lists the same number with a May 2012 expiration, marks it inactive, and says Mass.gov Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation had the status as cancelled at one point. Sort that out before anything else: ask whether the registration has been renewed, and under what name and number the company is registered today. Get current proof of registration and liability insurance in hand before any work begins or any deposit is paid.
