Harless Carpentry Contractors

Chuck Harless says he started in the trades over 50 years ago as a house painter, following a grandfather who painted in Greenwich, before carpentry and woodworking drew him into homebuilding and remodeling. Harless Carpentry Contractors, based in Stamford, Connecticut, describes its work as quality carpentry, painting and home repairs, and its Houzz profile says the owner has over 30 years of experience in the local area. Customers have been writing about him on HomeAdvisor and Angi since 2005, and both show 5.0 stars across 12 ratings. Cabinetry is the thread. A September 2022 customer said he takes extreme care with cabinetry and makes sure everything looks perfect before finishing, and in a 2005 review a homeowner praised beautiful TV and stereo cabinetry. In a November 2020 review, a customer said Mr. Harless gave a quote, showed up when he said he would, and finished well within it. A 2007 reviewer described him checking with the manufacturer before repainting their wicker furniture and ordering replacement feet that were missing. The one mixed account is that 2005 cabinetry job: the customer thought it was probably too expensive and took longer than expected, though said they would use him again. The newest reviews, from 2023 and 2024, are short notes calling the service professional and the job well done. Its Connecticut home improvement registration, HIC.0558085, is active, held by Charles W Harless.
