Hartman Relocation Services is a Leominster moving and storage company. On its BBB page the company says it was founded in Massachusetts in 1969 by its current owner and president, Richard H. Hartman, and its website lists local, long-distance and international moving, corporate relocation and storage. A recent customer moving a mile or two down the road praised the prompt and diligent service. A 2026 customer said Hartman unloaded their items in Massachusetts after an interstate move. That 2026 customer hired them again to move out of a second-story apartment into a newly purchased home, and said the owner gave an accurate and detailed estimate and the crew was on time. A 2025 customer said Billy handled the estimate, Kim in dispatch confirmed the date and time, and the two movers were Kyle and Riley. A 2025 customer said the three movers on a move to a new apartment were friendly, polite and efficient. A 2025 customer said they offered to carry everything out into the customer's truck bed. A 2023 customer said the contract set a not-to-exceed price, but after the house closing was pushed back and delivery slipped past 3 p.m., the bill came in over $1,000 higher, including a double-time fee the customer said was never mentioned in the estimate or the contract. That 2023 customer said Bill later pointed to a calculation error and gave a partial refund of a little over $400, and also reported damaged items from careless stacking of labeled fragile boxes and a bed that was reassembled improperly. Its BBB page shows an A+ grade and accreditation.
I recently hired Hartman and was beyond impressed with their prompt and diligent service. Granted we were only moving a mile or two down the road but if you had told it was going to be about 6 hours door to door I would have told you that you were nuts. Thanks Hartman for a seemless experience and I can't recommend this team enough!
Hartman was the mover contracted to unload our items in Massachusetts after an interstate move. They were professional and efficient. The crew members were very polite. Because of our good experience, we also used them to move from our apartment to a newly purchased home a few months ago. The owner provided an accurate and detailed estimate and the crew was on time and efficient. Quote was in line with others. They did an excellent job moving items out of our second story apartment and into our home. The team lead was a good communicator and kept us aprised of progress. The crew was polite and followed directon well. Hopefully we don't have to move again anytime soon but if we do I would use Hartman again.
Very easy to work with. Excellent service provided. Competitively priced.
Had an excellent experience today with Hartman Relocation Services. They offered to carry out everything into my truck bed for me . They were extremely friendly, professional, and polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for moving services.
Best movers I've ever used! All were very professional, very friendly, and very helpful. The price was very good also.
