In a 2023 review, a customer described a 26 foot truck sent to a rural NH location exactly at the time indicated, showing up at their new home in Georgia two days later with the driver keeping them posted on his journey. A 2024 reviewer whose first company left them high and dry said they called and were all moved in that same day, naming Antonio and his co-worker. Its Better Business Bureau page shows an A+ grade. The harder reports are about dates and money. A 2024 one-star review said the unit was dropped off a day later than originally scheduled, and that on the day it was delivered the customer was told several different times throughout the day when it would arrive. In a 2022 one-star review, a customer said $2430.00 was deducted from their account, that it took 3 days for a response when they called to cancel services within 24 hours of the money being withdrawn, and that they got only a partial refund of 1900.00. Ask about the drop off date and how much notice a change takes: a 2024 two-star reviewer said they were told 6 days heads up would give them flexibility to move the drop off date, and that twice the company could not accommodate the request.
