Was such a pleasure hiring them to help us move our apartment into our new house! The woman I spoke to on the phone was delightful, helpful and seemed to take joy in helping us meet our needs. She even called back when an earlier appointment opened up because she thought of me! Rusty and Austin were FANTASTIC, loaded and unloaded everything with professionalism and care. They were personable and a pleasure to work with, we definitely made a normally stressful situation a fun one! If ever we need to move again, I will ABSOLUTELY be reaching out to Real Deal again, and have sent their info to everyone I know. I’m walking away from my first experience with hiring movers incredibly satisfied and insanely impressed. They were quick, efficient, and just so incredibly helpful. My boyfriend is struggling with a shoulder injury so movers were a necessity, and after today I know that even if we can do it alone id much rather give our money to such a fantastic service and team. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you doesn’t cover our gratitude. Such a life saver!!

Manny and Oz did a fantastic job moving me from a basement apartment to a third floor apartment in a neighboring town! They showed up on time, were friendly, efficient and professional, and finished the job in less than 2 hours! I'm a very satisfied customer and can confidently recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable moving company! Thanks guys!

Move was cheaper than the estimate. I had Malik and Oz who made moving almost fun. All of my belongings were delivered damage free! Would use again in a heartbeat for my next move. Highly recommend!

We hired Real Deal Van Lines to move us into our new home on December 13, 2025. The movers caused some damage: damage to the siding in our house, scratched our front door up, and the most expensive one, a 6 foot scratch across our hardwood floor. I notified them and documented the damage immediately, within 24 hours per their policy. No response from them after multiple emails and calls. Took THREE MONTHS for them to respond and give me an estimate/offer to repair the damage. I only got a response because I called them every 15 minutes until they answered. They offered me a whopping $250ish! I told them the floor damage would be way more than that to which they replied, they thought so too but this is what they could give. They said to get a quote from a flooring company. I sent them the quote on April 14th for $1,680. No response. Follow up email on April 26th. No response. Today is May 6th, nearly 5 months since the move, and I still have not heard back. All this to say: Real Deal Van Lines is not the ‘real deal.’ As far as I’m concerned, and until they fix this problem, they’re unethical, dishonest, swindlers. They’re clearly trying to avoid having to pay for damage they caused and are hoping I forget about it and move on. If you don’t care about your home and belongings, hire them for a cheap move. If you aren’t interested in having your your home damaged, hire another company. I will update with the outcome once I hear back or if I have to move forward with with filing a complaint with the DPU, OCABR, or whatever I have to do to fix this problem.

I WOULD PUT A ZERO IF I COULD!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! THEY DAMAGED MY PROPERTY THEY DIDNT RETURN MY PHONE CALL FOR MY CLAIM THEY DIDNT COVER ANYTHING THEY STOLE MY MOTHER PAIN KILLERS. THEY STOLE FOOD OUT OF MY REFRIGERATOR!!!! THEY GOOFED OFF AND THEY DIDNT BRING A BIG ENOUGH TRUCK. THEY LEFT STUFF AT MY OLD PLACE THAT WAS 3 HOURS EXTRA WORK ON MY PART. AND THEY IGNORE POLICE PHONE CALLS AS WELL!!!!! DONT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! THEY ALSO OVERCHARGED ME SAYING THEY USED SUPPLIES WHEN THEY DIDNT!!!!!
