We had water leaking into our lower level creating mold in the flooring, on the walls and many other places. Joe explained what needed to be done and why it was important to get the work completed. In addition, while examining our leakage issues, he pointed out some problems that the basement flooring company had not noticed. We purchased a home built in 1951 that was in very bad shape due to neglect so we had to completely gut it down to the studs. We noticed extensive mold during the renovation and hired Healthy Home to treat the entire basement ceiling joist and the foundation walls. They also installed a heavy gauge vapor barrier over the dirt floor of an adjacent crawl space. Not an easy job! I have had a lot of experience with mold remediation with other companies I will not name here but to say the least they were awful and did not do a good job, we’re in and out quick and just were rushing to get done. This company could not have better any more the opposite. I never write review but Joe did such an amazing job I could not resist. He explained the process start to finish each and every detail and he worked hard putting in long hours to get the house to perfection. Joe always said he would treat my house like he would his own and he lived up to every inch of it. He cleaned up all the mold exposure but beyond that he brought the air quality into the home to a level I have never before experienced and it is amazing.
