Thirty-five years in the house without moss on the roof, and then there it was. The homeowner called Chris Healy in July 2024 and he was there the next morning, several hours in the hot sun, stripping the moss off and clearing the gutters underneath it. He tends to move fast: in July 2018 a homeowner with gutter trouble had him out the same day, and rather than just clearing them he pulled off the screens that were causing the blockage and re-secured the gutters and downspouts. Estimates that hold come up again and again. A May 2020 customer wrote that he started soon after giving the estimate, worked each day until the project was done, and charged the same price he had quoted. A June 2020 client wanting a deck sealed said he checked that the coming days were dry and that the deck had dried out after a recent power washing, then fit them in immediately. An August 2021 customer having a deck refaced called him upfront about costs and said he showed up as promised. One account runs the other way, from May 2018. That customer wrote that they had hired him the previous November for $1,500 of interior and exterior carpentry, added more work onto the job, and were contacting HomeAdvisor for help with it. HomeAdvisor's own profile describes a single unresolved follow-up complaint among the 62 reviews there. The written history is long but front-loaded: most of the accounts are from 2018 to 2021, with shorter recent notes in June and December 2025 about flexible scheduling, good work and a fair price.
