We liked the vanities we got but working with this company was not a good experience. The delivery dates got changed several times and caused big problems with our contractor. We wish we would have been told from the start that Heartwood would not hang the mirrors, or put in the knobs on the vanities, even though we bought them from them, and that the countertops would come from somewhere else, separately. Our contractor refused to put in the knobs and we were lucky that Jeremy, from Heartwood, eventually came and did it. The countertops (from Shad's) are gorgeous. We wouldn't use Heartwood again, however.

We worked with Sherry at Heartwood for kitchen and baths in a new build. From start to finish (Oct '20 thru May '21) she was highly professional and responsive. There were several meetings, lots of changes and even more questions along the way. Sherry was a rock start during the entire process. She was very prompt in all requests for information and made several visits to the site with us and at the request of the contractors. Sherry was very respectful and understanding of our budget and always offered alternatives. Heartwood offered a wide range of products at many different price points. We would give Heartwood our highest recommendation!
