New England Kitchens says that for over 35 years it has provided kitchens to contractors and new home builders. A 2024 customer said their new kitchen was beautiful and that Stephanie and Melissa were helpful and easy to work with. A 2024 reviewer praised Melissa's knowledge and customer service, and the company's pricing. A 2026 customer said an entire row of drawers began to warp about three months after installation, and that many of the cabinets made unpleasant noises when opened or closed. That 2026 customer also said numerous voicemails and emails went unanswered. A 2023 customer said the kitchen items bought from the company were already falling apart, and that the company would not respond or send installers to fix a product the customer said was installed incorrectly.
I would not recommend using this company. First, they are extremely difficult to reach. I left numerous voicemails and sent emails but never received a response. Second, the quality of the craftsmanship is very disappointing, and the level of customer service has been equally poor. Approximately three months after installation, an entire row of drawers began to warp. In addition, many of our cabinets make very unpleasant noises every time they are opened or closed. These issues appear to be relatively minor and could likely be resolved with a simple service call, but the company has chosen not to respond to repeated attempts to contact them. Overall, the installation quality is very poor regardless of the cabinet grade we selected. The photos provided show just a few examples of the problems we have experienced.
Melissa’s knowledge and customer service is second to none around here. Their pricing is always the best as well!
Wonderful Service and a great product! My new kitchen is beautiful and I could not be happier. Stephanie and Melissa were so helpful and easy to work with. I would give more than five stars if I could! Highly recommend New England Kitchens!
Bought all kitchen stuff from them it's falling apart already and when I tried to get them to fix it, they won't respond or send installers to fix thier product they installed incorrectly.. I've sent multiple emails to loni gravier of gravier homes Ron and Brian at csc and new england kitchens and none of them are willing to help keep thier year agreement after a new build. Poor business who chooses worse installers. Would not use unlike want to get screwed
