The company's website says Austin has worked in kitchen remodeling and new builds alongside his father, the owner of its countertop supplier AdGranite, since age 12. On Angi and HomeAdvisor, the company describes itself as a kitchen and bath design and remodeling company specializing in cabinetry, granite countertops and stone/tilework. A 2023 customer said Austin responded immediately, met the same day to review a small cabinet installation project, and scheduled the installation for the next day.
