Repairing equipment after a flooded basement was the job a customer described in an April 2023 Google review of Heating & Cooling. After the customer drained 18 inches of water caused by a sump failure, Wayne restored the gas furnace and rebuilt the water heater. The customer credited him with avoiding a large expense at a difficult time. A May 2022 reviewer named Wayne Masse and described years of using him for oil, along with furnace cleaning, heating-system repairs and air-conditioner work. They said they had recommended him to friends and family. Google shows a 5-star average from 15 ratings. The written customer accounts date from 2019 through 2023. In September 2019, a customer referred by a friend said Mr. Masse quickly fitted them into his schedule and praised the service. A December 2019 reviewer said they had relied on him for years and praised both service and delivery.
After I drained the 18 inches of water from my basement from a sump failure Wayne stepped in & 1st resuscitated my gas furnace and then literally rebuilt my water heater (which most would have immediately declared DOA). Wayne saved me from a very large expense at a tough time simply because he cares equally for all those lucky enough to call him for Heating & Cooling service & repair. Do yourself a favor !!
I started using Mr. Wayne Masse for oil about 6 or more years ago and been using Mr. Masse ever since and he has done multiple jobs for me Cleaned Furnace, Fixed my Heating system, Air conditioner, and i have recommended him to friends and family

Was referred by a friend. Mr. Masse quickly worked me into his schedule and provided top-notch, quality service. Will be the first call I make for future problems.
