Across 86 reviews from 2022 through 2026 spanning five sources, the pattern holds — Google alone shows 4.9★ from 114 ratings, and the last six months added 11 more reviews with no negatives. Recent accounts describe crews restoring yards to their original condition after tank pumps, riser and D-box replacements. The clearest thread is weekend emergency work: one Saturday morning, a technician kept working through a backed-up tank until he traced the real blockage to crossed pipes rather than stopping once the tank was empty, and in a 2023 review a customer said Helgerson's was the only one of five companies called that returned the call and showed up, within an hour. One customer's homeowners' association-style account describes annual clean-outs across 61 septic systems in a neighborhood, and a commercial customer, a food producer, describes years of hauling away industrial wastewater at a flat rate.
