Helical Drilling is a Braintree geotechnical design-build contractor working on ground improvement, deep foundations and piles, earth retention, and underpinning for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across New England. The company says it has operated for over 30 years, working alongside general contracting and engineering teams throughout the Northeast. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and the Better Business Bureau lists it at an A+ grade, though it is not a BBB-accredited business. The one review on file, from 2025, comes from someone near a project site who found the tracked equipment noisy but didn't otherwise describe the work. Worth knowing before calling: a 2024 Indeed post attributed to a former employee criticized company leadership and warned against working there — a workplace account, not a description of completed customer work.
“Overall the company doesn’t care about your well being as an individual and the wrong people are in the wrong positions and don’t take responsibility of what’s right and wrong, read the other reviews and save yourself the headache, stay far away from this place”
Its been a project for a while and it's noisey when there working and the track sounds give me flashbacks from my time as a tank driver in the Army other wise I don't know too much
