Henry Pacific Plumbing & Heating is a plumbing company. In 2025, its service was fast, professional and very fair. In 2023, one customer called its work and communication exceptional. In 2022, a Southboro homeowner since 1984 recommended it as a plumbing company for its communication and responsiveness. In 2021, Henry went out the same day to look at a cracked main drain that had leaked into a basement and been duct taped as a temporary fix, but over a month and a half after that first look the work was still not done, and that homeowner went with a different plumber. In 2021, a caller whose AO Smith water heater listed the company as the local vendor was told on the phone that they don't leave the town of Marlborough.
Fast, professional and very fair . Great service
Exceptional work and communication
I have been a homeowner in Southboro since 1984. It's very rare I write a recommendation. However, this company has been extraordinary in communication, responsiveness and all around a fantastic experience. If you are looking for a fantastic plumbing company, I highly recommend Henry Pacific Plumbing.
Contacted Henry for a cracked main drain. The crack had leaked significantly into the basement and had been duct taped as a temporary, emergency fix. He went out and took a look that day. That was the only good interaction. Told me he needed to get a price on cast iron. I had to call him twice over the span of a week to get a reply. I authorized the work on that same call. Was told he would get to it. Long story short, over a month and a half after the initial eval the work was still not done. He had too many "emergencies" he had to take care of (apparently stopping a significant leak with duct tape doesn't qualify as an emergency). Communication was awful and only initialized by me. Voicemails went unanswered for days until a follow-up call would be made. Needless to say I went with a different plumber.
Listed as the local vendor for my Water Heater (AO Smith, Lowes) yet when I called the lady on the phone stated they don't leave the town of Marlborough, and to take it up with the AO Smith.
