Heron House Properties

Heron House Properties is a Newburyport company run by Kaitlin Dugan that Thumbtack describes as a membership-based property management, handyman, carpentry and interior design business serving the North Shore, southern New Hampshire and coastal Maine, with eight years in business, five employees and a background check on file. Its own website is a placeholder with only a name, address and email. The two Thumbtack reviews are from late 2022 and early 2023. In January 2023 a homeowner described the team designing and remodeling an outdated master bathroom and handling everything from demolition and carpentry through plumbing, fixtures, electrical and heated flooring; a November 2022 reviewer found them knowledgeable and good at explaining things plainly. Thumbtack shows 5.0 stars from those two ratings. For a North Shore homeowner who wants one team to manage a bathroom remodel or a running list of home repairs, this is a small operation with two strong but dated accounts. Ask how the membership model works, who performs licensed plumbing and electrical work, and for recent references.
