That leak complaint, and the unanswered BBB complaint, sit alongside the older five-star run rather than replacing it. On licensing, BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration under #174901 — the same number the company's own site gives for itself — and a second, earlier registration under #115869. The newer number is shown as active and the older one as cancelled at some point. The site separately states a Construction Supervisor license, CS 62317. None of these were checked against a state registry here. One thing worth reconciling: the company says 28 years in business, but BBB's listing puts it at 20. For a straightforward reroof, the 2017 track record and the gutter work are the strongest evidence on file; for anything larger, it's worth asking directly about the 2023 leak complaint and getting the current license numbers confirmed before booking.
