I've owned a 1925 colonial in Needham for over 35 years. I've always maintained the original charm keeping everything updated. However, after 100 years and probably 10 paint jobs with sanding and scraping, the house looked run down. Seeing old houses on my street being torn down and replaced with out-of-character mega-mansions has been disheartening. Over the last three years I've spoken to half a dozen contractors about having my shingle siding and exterior trim replaced with Hardie Board. But after meeting with Enver from Lexion, I discovered an honest and truly experienced contractor. His expertise and knowledge in the business of restoration (doors, windows, siding etc.) goes way back in the Northeast area. I understand he also worked in Afghanistan building military airbases while supervising 250 workers. His hard work and attention to detail is unmatched. His showroom on wheels van was outfitted with various types of siding, roofing, windows, gutters etc, making it very easy to see exactly what we were choosing. But above all was his honesty and enthusiasm, with straightforward information. The job involved several subcontractors for the siding, new front door, gutters, electrician etc. ALL of his workers were excellent, polite, always on time, and cleaned up every day. And they had all worked together previously with another company for over 10 years, so the communication and workflow was smooth as silk. All said the job took 3 weeks, and we must stay we are absolutely THRILLED with the outcome. The house looks brand new, and is 99% maintenance free. I can't say enough of the professionalism and honesty Enver brought to our job, both in his character and his honest pricing. I HIGHLY recommend Lexion Exteriors!!

We recently had our house sided by Lexion Exteriors! What a fantastic job they did, it was actually above our expectations. The entire staff, siding people, carpenters and electricians were fabulous. The added touches with trims and borders were amazing. The crew made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each workday. What a hard working crew making sure we were happy with each phase of the project. The manager Enver was fantastic, he came to the house each day to ensure the job was going well and making sure we were happy with every phase of the project including the timeframe that was quoted. I highly recommend this company!

The crew was so detail oriented and worked so hard every day on site. Quality of the facelift is perfect!
