Christian at High Flow Plumbing & Heating is my new go-to for all plumbing needs. He’s honest, fair, responsive, and professional. He has my utmost recommendation.
If there were zero Stars I would give him zero Right from the very beginning this man was not open and honest about what he was doing he is supposed to come here and give us an estimate although he went ahead and he made repairs he never told us that we had to pay for his travel time from his house to here then he didn't have the right parts which is not our fault because I sent him tons of pictures and he charges labor to go to the store and back to go get parts. Needless to say $642 for him just to replace the pipe drain I questioned him about the high charges and he said that's the going rate I said you should have exposed that to us when you first came here we went around and about and he was very rude. Today I've been smelling something in the kitchen so my husband looks under there and the new Pepsi put in we're leaking the washers don't fit right and it's been leaking since he did it in there about 6 weeks ago underneath is all flooded and the pipes will not go back together again. I called him today and made him aware of it and asked if he could take care of it and he said he couldn't for another 6 weeks and it would still be the full charge I'm not going to pay another $640 to have someone come here and redo what he should have done right in the first place Just warning all of you out there to stay away from him, he's not honest he's not upfront about charges and he's not up front about what he the cost. Beware!! he should be removed from Angie's list
Quality and efficient work. Christian is very professional and easy to work with. We have hired him for several projects and he is consistent every time, couldn't be happier to have him come to the house for plumbing and heating jobs. Thank you Christian.
