Its New Hampshire plumbing and HVAC licences are active on the state registry under the company's name, and Matthew T Ferris holds an active New Hampshire plumber licence of his own. The written history runs from 2020 to now: 436 Google ratings averaging 4.9, 100 on Thumbtack at 4.9, and 51 on Angi at 5.0. The jobs behind them cross both trades. In August 2026 a crew of four Ferris HVAC technicians and a subcontracted electrician replaced a customer's 30-year-old system with a high-efficiency one, including an outdoor combination AC/heat-pump unit; that same month Nick swapped a 40-plus-year-old shower valve and fixtures for new hardware and added a couple of water shut-offs, and Nick and a coworker installed a battery-backup sump pump for someone else.
